マーケットの動向に対する所感について Some thoughts on the current market

ボラタリティが上がって来ましたね。とりあえず、様子見です。キャッシュポジション高めなので、適当な水準で買いたいところです。日経平均がここから２割程度下がってきたら、買いたい水準の株もボチボチ出てくるかなと思います。

とはいえ、行動量は少なければ少ない程いいです（その分質を高めます）。

株の話ではないですが、不動産投資の勉強を始めました。１~２年勉強した後に、タイミングが来れば投資を実行したいと考えています（５年以内に実行できれば、いいですね）。

The equity market has went through the turbulence last two weeks. I was just watching on the sideline. As I have been sitting on lots of cash, I would like to buy some stocks at the reasonable price. Nikkei Stock Average needs to drop by 20% from the current level, should I buy some stocks.  

I always keep in mind this 'The less I act, the better investor I become'; the quality of action matters.

By the way I have just started learning real estate investment. I need to learn for 1 year to 2 years to be able to carry out an investment. Hopefully I can make a first investment in 5 years.
